Problems with Cybersmart

I use Cybersmart 3gb 384k package and for the past few of months I have been experiencing slow internet speed, incomplete downloads (from sites that don't have resuming or won't allow the use of download managers) and around busy times, complete time-outs.

If I use my unshaped account (another ISP) everything is perfect. This has come to the point where I've simply stopped using my Cybersmart account and use my unshaped for normal browsing.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?
 
Hell yes and it doesnt help to complain cause they respond with "We do not control the cercuits and that telkom is soley responsible for the speed. Please contact Telkom to log a fualt on your line. Thanks cybersmart staff"

WTF?? Im so sick and tired. my cybersmart account gives me a ping of 300++ on saix servers.

I bought the 1gb fiber connection with openweb and it works sooooooo nice with games and browsing is fast.

I still have my 3GB on my cybersmart account you cant use it @ the evenings you get a max connection speed of 60kb and download of 10kbs if you lucky.

Cybersmart claims nothing is wrong and that im most proberly doing something wrong.
They allso said that it could be the website im downloading from that is very slow. WTF cybersmart???
 
Guys there has been soooo many topics about this. Cybersmart doesnt allow news groups SAIX has blocked them. Dont even try to argue with me cause they run through there own servers or something so SAIX block access to the news servers. Check if you dont beleive me. The IP that cybersmart is no SAIX ip. It traces it back to cybersmart and SAIX has no relation to that IP
