Good day the people I have been a subscriber of hosting for africa for about three weeks now. the 9.99 hosting package has taught me a lot and their service has been great and speedy. My problem now is that I cannot access my domain ernest.co.za. i dont know if its the domain registration or the hosting company. i sent them a mail on saturday and has not received anything. I can access my plesk control panel and i can see that the domain ernest.co.za is still registered to me. What could be the problem and is there anybody who has had this problem before. anybody hosting with this guys having the same problem as I do.... Please help.
