Problems with Hulu Plus

Is this really the case?
I've been running Hulu on my TI 2mb line viewing HD content for the last week.
I can even go as far as watching 2 simultaneous streams on separate devices without issues.
I was originally concerned about the 2mb being incapable but it has more then exceeded my expectations

I would assume then that you are watching on small screens where reduced quality is not as bad as on the bigger screens?

When I am doing a Hulu stream I can monitor the stream on my firewall and it averages around 250KB/s download speed. This already exceeds a 2mbps line with just one single stream.
The only way you can be doing 2 x simultaneous streams is if the quality is severely reduced. Odd though because Hulu+ does not do dynamic adjusting of quality (AFAIK). It simply buffers. Netflix is good in this area.

But... If this is so on your 2mbps line - consider yourself very very fortunate ;)

Nope, on the small screen with reduced quality front.

Running 32" Samsung on full HD via wireless.
Streaming on my PC 23" HD screen although with reduced quality but not lower than 480p also view wireless.
I even expected their to be a reduction in streaming over wireless but this has not occurred.

I may have to stop posting here now though.
Murphey's law will probably cause my entire line to fail.

Therein lies your problem methinks. I find the video quality better on Hulu than on Netflix which may have something to do with it. Remember that 2mb is the bare minimum (which you are below) and 4mb for a decent experience.
No problem, it works now.

I have now set the Hulu+ resolution to automatic and it seems to be adjusting the resolution.
