Problems with international if not using proxy

Hi All,

I seem to have problems accessing some international sites if I don't have a dedicated proxy. They work at the moment I put in dsl-cache.saix.net. But some international sites work without this proxy settting ????

Must be SAIX you are talking about, i can't reach http://www.linux.org for example, i used to be able to reach it last year with the SAIX proxy i found out and then it suddenly stopped, total bullsh!t.
