Problems with MTN Broadband,

Hi All
can some please assit. I'm very frustrated and feed up with my MTN Modem. I tried every possible advice from the interne nothing seems to work. modem cant connect gives error message "connection terminated"

Please explain how one should take MTN to the Consumer Protection Act.

I am saying take MTN to the CPA because it's impossible to get customer service from them. E.g. Whenever you have a problem with something it's either you're not doing it right or your device is the problem but it's never the MTN network.
