Problems With network | Please Help

Dear Community

I would like some assistance. My network is utterly ****ed. For some reason i have magnificient ping to servers in the morning (about before 12 am) and then the ping is ****ed. In the evening I have a ping of 1000 to a south african server. I don't understand what is going on.

I have a Telkom Line
Capped
2mps ( I think or 4mps IDK)

Please some assistance

Exchange maybe severely contended sometimes?

Sounds like exchange congestion. My parents have a similar thing where they live, where the internet is essentially useless between 5pm and 10pm.

Best to run a tracert and post it here.
