Problems with SAOL ADSL

For the past month or so I've noticed that around midday my ADSL starts to give trouble. It slows down to a crawl or even stops, pages are partially load or not at all. It really is all over the place and it's starting to frustrate :mad:. Happens on both of my PCs :(

Are any other SAOL customers having problems or is it Telscum?

I use SAOL at home, so i do not know how the speed is during the day, but my wife has reported that occasionally the speed is not what is should be, and I have the 4MB telkom connection.

I have found that SAOL never respond to emails, I email their dsales department, and you never get a reply. Service is really starting to get poor. There are also other companies that offer simmilr services to SAOL and at cheaper rates.

I have the 10GB account and I have seen other companies offering the same at R50 cheaper. This is one of the questions I asked, if they were going to review there rates, emnail was also ignored

I haven't had a problem with their customer care. Today at midday as per usual all the same problems are back. :mad:

Gonna give them a call.

Openweb has SAIX-10GB for R459
 
I am with Saol, currently not experiencing any issues. Actually very happy with their service and price. So if you can go cheaper that is your choice. for the person with a 10gb account, i have the same and don't know of best priced. So hell for me... I give them a thumbs up :)
