Anyone else having problems submitting the technical support form at

After filling in all the fields correctly, it always says that I haven't entered the correct security code. I've entered the correct code dozens of times, tried later, refreshed the page so I get a fresh code etc. Nothing seems to satisfy it. I have yet to try this from work though.
Also, I can't log in the support forums from home (SAIX ADSL) at all but I can from work. Bloody annoying!
