Problems with telkom..once again..

Ok, so here's my bandwidth usage for the month...
Blended Usage
Uploaded - 890MB or [0.86GB]
Downloaded - 3.64GB
Combined Total - 4.51GB
Percentage used - 100.22%
Status - Capped

Local Usage
Uploaded - 16MB or [0.01GB]
Downloaded - 296MB or [0.28GB]
Combined Total - 313MB or [0.30GB]
Local Bandwidth Allocated - 30.00GB

the problem here is that i cannot access any local sites.. even this one on that "cap". and it says that i still have lots of local available.. I have contacted telkom via the online fault reporting page on their site, but no reply up to now..

Has anyone else had this problem and if you have, how did you get it fixed?

I had a similar problem like this before,,, I got capped and couldn't access any sites i then found out that my router lost the account details... All i did was enter it again and it worked.

remove cache.saix.net - If you are using cache.saix.net you won't have access.

Reset your router and everything should work fine

ok, i "reseted" my router, even tho its still one of the old "ADSL USB Pots" routers, and still the same problem. Where do i find cache.saix.net? well.. i guess im gonna go blast some1 at telkom today.
