Problems with TELKOM WIFI Connection

Hi, i need assistance please. Today and a few days in the past i have been experiencing WIFI connectivity problems. Our devices at home connect to the WIFI, however there is absolutely no signal and our internet applications just keep loading or the WIFI will connect but then a second later the devices lose the connectivity and you have to constantly try re-connect and hope for the best. Ive only been with Telkom for a month now and wondering if i made the right decision to get my ADSL through them as it has been a constant fight since the installation. Any form of assistance would be greatly appreciated.
 
I dont know if it might be your modem which is using an old firmware if you can try updating it and see if it solves the problem because for me it did last time.
 
Telkom is not providing your WIFI connection, your hardware/modem is. That is where you have to start. Check the firmware, ventilation, power supply... Reset the thing. Millions of things to try. Usually I would factory reset the thing and if that does not work try a backup router - if the backup router works then you know modem #1 is probably faulty.
