Problems with torrent trackers

This download started OK and then the speeds dropped and I'm getting a lot of errors mentioning a tracker problem. Is it something to do with the ISP or is it the content?

Been doing this for a day or two.

The backbone is Cybersmart. Not sure if they deprioritising torrents at month end or Vuze is acting up (new update on client).

would also recommend bitsnoop. copy the torrent hash into the search bar and it will take you straight to the torrent info. copy all the trackers from the bit snoop list back into the torrent tracker list in Vuze. speeds things up nicely. (or you could just use magnet links?)
