Problems with vox bolt on

Hi all

I connected to my vox account at 18:00 tonight and it was working perfectly. at about 20:00 it just died it connects but there is just no throughput. I phoned and they said there is an issue in Joburg.

Is anyone else having issues from Joburg?
 
This ain't the first time. Had the same problem last night, did not even bother to contact them as all the previous times the technicians tried to blame it on my pc setup and network connection even though I told them that as soon as I enter a different PPP username and password form one of my other ISP accounts it worked..

I eventually gave up and fortunately I had other accounts to use, tried again Yesterday and only hours after connecting ( also around 20:00 ) it stopped working again. :confused:
