Problems with Vox Telecom ADSL

Hi Guys,

I have been mostly happy with the performance of the Vox Telecom account I got a few months ago.

It does come with a few hassles though:

1. I cannot send any attachments via Wi-Fi on Whatsapp when connected to the account. Text-only messages do go through however.
3. A lot of websites containing streaming video clips start playing and then immediately stops at 1% and then shows the animated spinning wheel loading icon without ever continuing with the stream.
5. In Youtube 1080p clips stutters permanently, although the buffer indicator is showing that the stream is doing well enough for it not to have any reason to do that. (I have a 20Mb/s line.)

I am using Unotelly, but I only need to change to another ISP account on the router for all the above issues to completely disappear.

Any insight to why this is happening with the Vox account?

Been using vox for a few years. me and the mrs fones automatically connects to the wifi when we get home and never have any of the above mentioned issues. accounts works flawlessly.

I am using VOX for the last 6 month started very good but deteriorated , I also have problem 2 which you mentioned as as very short disconnects during the day .

Especially that, and my WiFi drops a LOT.
