My BIS was activated this morning and I'm having an issue with my Vodamail.
Earlier I managed to get it to send - but not receive on the device. I kept getting a message to update password - but it would never accept. I validated (successfully) but then it kept saying invalid
I've now DELETED everything to do with mail and starting afresh _ but the problem is now it won't accept username/password.
Do I enter my alias (dolby@voda) or number (082@voda) - does it make a difference? My password is the same I use to get my www.vodamail.co.za
