Process for NCO

Good Day,

I have just sold a car to a buyer, completed the yellow form and everything, but what I am wanting to know is:

• The car is in my fathers name, can I hand in the NCO form?
• If so, will I be able to do it with a standard copy of his ID, or does it need to be certified?
• Does it need to be handed in at a specific department, or can I hand it in in Pretoria, as he lives in Kwa-Zulu Natal?
• And lastly, if I am able to hand it in Gauteng, where in Pretoria can I do this? Will I be able to do this at the Waltloo Licencing Department?
