Found this site that lists a ton of windows processes and services. Use it to determine whether a process or service listed in your task manager is required, malicious or not etc...

Or you could just let your AV software scan your running processes.....

well its very usefull,but for me running a scan of system32 folder works all the time.

the best software for looking at running processes by far with lots of info is one program to rule them all,try it for a while then you will fall in love with it and that is no other than SECURITY TASK MANAGER V1.6
