• Must be able to brief and facilitate the development of brand and creative content development
• Strong project management ability
• The ability to multi task on a continuous basis - Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment whilst being able to work in a deadline driven environment

• Proven leadership ability and the ability to manage the work of sub-ordinates and peers
• Excellent, highly developed verbal & written communication skills

What will I do every day?
Management
• Responsible for product direction and delivery by working with multi-skilled teams through team leads
• Responsible for communicating product direction both up and down the company structure
• Ensuring the team deliverables meet the requirements for the product
• Develop and implement production workflow and project planning processes strategies that provide structure to the team
• Effective and continuous communication and expectation management for all interested stakeholders
Business Requirements
• Client management and relationship building
• Responsible for building good relationships with external and internal clients
• Ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day functions relating to the division
• Ensuring integration and alignment between the various business disciplines within their specific control and other divisions within the organization
• The management (co-ordination, leadership, motivation and development) of the division to achieve objectives
