I am extremely frustrated with the service
on the 26th of February 2020 i reported that my simcard was stolen and i was told a new simcard would be sent but i did not receive it
i was charged for the simcard even though i had reported it stolen
I have sent numerous emails and whatsapp chats etc but they kept telling it has been escalated its already the 30th of April and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!! i paid for something i did not use even though i reported before hand

I ordered a simcard on the 26th of April 2020 and already I am being charged pro rata even though I have not received it tomorrow is the 1st of May and I was told i will be charged pro rata and charged the R199 for the month of may this doesn't make sense how can i be charged pro rata if i have not received the product ??????
on clientzone it says my account is arrears HOW!!!!! im very close to cancelling everything and moving somewhere else

I am unable to cancel the current product on clientzone nobody wants to assist me there too

I am really sorry that your experience with us has been poor.
This is really not what we wish for our clients. It's not fair that you were billed for a lost SIM card, please drop me a PM with your client zone username so I can have a look.
