Professional dish alignment for Parabole Reunion

I had some people hook me up to Parabole Reunion earlier this year. It's on Eutelsat 16B. The edge of its footprint is over Gauteng and I have a subscription to French TV via Reunion.

HD channels have stopped working and the SD channels come and go during the day. I think the dish is out of alignment. I can't get hold of the original installers - who kind of wobbled the dish until there was a signal and walked away.

So... is there anyone on MyBroadband who can professionally align a dish, using industry level professional digital signal equipment.

My dish is a pretty big 120cm dish. Signal strength is one bar of green and a SN ratio that comes and goes...

Cool, I forgot to say! I'm in Johannesburg

I want to know that the person knows what they're doing. I phoned a few people based on professional looking web sites, but unfortunately they all only knew how to point a dish for DSTV and nothing further.

Call Space TV Randburg and ask for the technical department. They will point you in the right direction.
