Program to log internet bandwidth?

I am looking for a program that I can use to monitor internet bandwith usage across our network (peer-to-peer). Internet access is 3G/HSDPA through a Linksys router.

I would just like to monitor usage based on IP address, and maybe the ability to create graphical reports. My computer is on 24/7, so if need be, I could setup my PC as a server.

Any suggestions?

Assuming you are using windows -

You could give Kerio Winroute Firewall a Trial run... very nifty, it's got DHCP, Firewall, NAT, DNS Forwarding etc. etc.

Which Linksys router do you have. Firmware such as DD-WRT has the ability, but not sure if it can break it down per assigned IP.
