Programmatically query Telephone Directory??

Is there any functionality available to programmatically query the Telkom telephone directory?

I know of services like CyberTel but that is web based. I need something where I can query the directory through my application.

Cybertel is the only online directory I know of. Don't think they have an API though.

Trivial if I knew how to do it. I'm not familiar with CURL but I'll look into that. Thanks for the direction Tomtom...
