Progress for mobile TV South Africa

Is there any way that, for a fixed monthly fee, I can watch some tv on my phone using MTN? Is the DSTV thingy only for Vodacom subscribers?
 
didnt vodacom try this a while back.............speeds are to slow, services to poor for a service like this
 
Monochoice trialled this ages and ages ago.. I really hope they get a license and get it off the ground, despite the fact that it's not a service I would use, I think it would be a nice to have.

Edit: Even better would be if we can finally actually get some form of competition, even if it's only for mobile tv.
