Progress on Fault

I logged a call yesterday regarding a fault on my line. They said that it looks like if the problem is at the exchange.

Today i received this sms stating that: "the fault is in-hand with our tech repair division."

How long do u guys reckon it will take for them sort out the fault?

I neeeeeeeeeed my adsl at home :(:(:(
 
Patience...Telkom is getting better in the rapid response area but they are not quite there yet.

Its difficult to say how long it'll take. Could be fixed by tomorrow...could still be broken next month.
 
Sorry to be negative, but based on my current experience there is also the distinct possibility that they will close the fault without effecting the repair ...

Best be strong ... :)
 
*SHOCKER*

About 2 hours after my initial post i received another sms saying the fault was fixed. I rushed home and OMG my DSL was up and running.

I seriously couldn't believe it.
 
maybe you should play lotto this week cause you are lucky stuff like that very seldom happens with telkom support
