Good day SA

We are a small, family run, awning, blinds and patio cover business in the eastern cape. We are fast growing and require software to keep track of our customer orders, log and monitor progress of manufacturing and installation.
We would appreciate any advice. Preferably an app or programme that can be linked on two or more computers over our server network in our office. And if it's free, that would be a major bonus..

Openproject is quite nice. It is open source so you can host it on you local network and it supports multiple users via a web interface.

Way more powerful than Trello, and fully free as long as it is for less than 10 members.

Of those, for your use case, probably Jira.

No need to go with Jira unless you need all the fluffy features that come with it.

If you are happy with a simple "move tasks between status columns" solution then Trello is what you are after.
