Key Focus
- Providing administrative and logistic support to the Programme / Project Manager(s).
- Adhering to the Corporate Segment governances (including project management and service delivery processes/lifecycles, methodology, etc.).
- Minute-taking of programme/project board meetings, progress meetings, workshops, etc.
Minimum Qualification
- 3-5 years Project experience;
- Minute-taking;
- Project expense management support;
- Reconciling of monthly Project Actual spends vs. Budget, supporting various Programme / Project Manager(s).*
Additional Qualification Information
- Grade 12 (Matric),
- Qualification in Project Management and Administration advantageous.
- Computer literate (including MS Project).*
- Excellent knowledge and experience in project management tools and project environment.*
- Minute-taking a requirement.

- Providing administrative and logistic support to the Programme / Project Manager(s).
- Minute-taking of programme/project board meetings, progress meetings, workshops, etc.
- Organising and maintaining standard documentation / project configuration management.
- Collating reports for the relevant forums, meetings, presentations, etc.
- Assisting with the reconciling of all expenses and invoices.
- Assisting budgets (actual spends and forecasting).
- Updating project plans, tactical and trial plans and updating/maintaining thereof on a daily basis, as well as RIDA (risks/issues/decisions/actions) log(s).
- Drive and assist with signoff of project documents with all relevant stakeholders.
- Co-ordination of monthly reports required.
- Travel arrangements (national and international) & any required events/functions/workshops.
