Promate eGo.5 Win 7 Drivers?

The stick is currently using xp/vista drivers but their server is still down to get the win 7 drivers.Does anyone have any idea where I can get them?

You have to upgrade the firmware to make it Win7 compatible, it is highly recommended you do this from a WinXP machine! http://www.promate.net/downloads/eGo.5_win7_32.rar

EGO.5 upgrading process

This file is one click method for upgrading solution, steps as:
1. Please take eGo5 sample and install the old Software application on your PC, (anyway make sure your PC has installed eGo5 software already)
2. Take out eGo5 USB modem from your PC and close the software if it is opening.
3. Plug eGo5 to your PC and to implement the QCT_30_V06_0_090204_V30.06.1.exe (Make sure you have downloaded it from the link successfully).
4. Then the file will be programmed into machine automatically, don’t plug out until Software upgrading is finished.
5. Uninstall (Remove) the old Software from your PC, and plug eGo5 to your PC again and re- installs the new Software.

For 64-bit Win7 you can try 32-bit compatibility mode but there are no guarantees that it will work.
