Promoting IT business...?

Hi

I was wondering, what is the best way to promote an IT business? (Besides the yellow pages)

I work for a large company which has recently expanded to Durban and are looking to expand out client base...

Should I just randomly spam places or drive around looking for places?? Or is there some more structured way of doing things?

2. Profile them to determine what they do and what they like.
3. Advertise on those mediums.
