To develop/build the house including the finishing touches. i had a quote from two guys who charges ZAR 6K per M2 and the other charges between ZAR5.5 to 6k depending on the finishes.

I am merely trying to determine the average cost, and also does it depend on the location where one is planning on building. Of-cause the guy needs to be registered and to pass certain checks.

Its a brand new development

Also just build for around R6.5k per square, but with expensive finishes. Building cost was around R5k with normal finished I would estimate.
