Went to Google Earth, had a look.

So a "residential area" now has trucks stopping in it, and probably doing U-Turns.

I say lock him.

So a employee gets hurt and the labour department does a health and safety inspection. Find out zoned for residential, do you think insurance or workmans comp would pay out. - What judge should of done is this, The oke goes to jail until warehouse is demolished and originally planned home is built and passes buildng inspector inspection by inspector flown in from another provence at residential developers expense.

He will think carefully after that.
