Hi I have a question for anyone who has experience with buying or selling property privately.
The thing is that I have a property in Kzn that the tenant is interested in buying and I live in Cape Town now. She wants to start looking at financing options but she needs a sale agreement to take to the bank. All of this is happening very quickly so I need to do something in a hurry.
So my actual question is does an actual sale agreement need to be drawn up now or will a document that I create with my details, the property details, and price suffice as proof for now while I get the actual sale contract done? TIA.
