Are there any Pros or Cons regarding SA Home loans?

i heard you cant fix your bond?

Reason im asking think of moving my bond to SA home loans, better rates 9.6 term 20 year currently its 10.5 term 30 years.

Can fix your bond rate (but just for a certain maximum period, exactly the same as the other banks).

Been with them 6 years, no issues beyond once having to deal with an incompetent (AA?) employee over 2 days to fix a simple issue of an address error on the tax certificate, that was fixed within an hour after a FB complaint.
