SOWETO – Orlando West residents in Soweto say they are disappointed after witnessing

SOWETO – Orlando West residents in Soweto say they are disappointed after witnessing a group of about 300 hostel dwellers torch a R3 million fire truck for no apparent reason.

The truck was torched during an electricity protest and is believed to have been passing by when protesters began throwing stones.

A fireman was injured and admitted to hospital.
