hi all. just wanted to hear your views on prototype. its all good reading reviews, but i'd rather hear what other people have to say about it... need to make the discission of buying it, or the new sims:D ha ha ha
 
Prototype pwns! I got it yesterday and i just can't stop playing it!

It's definitely on my favourites list

/also got sims3 yesterday, i don't like it
 
prototype is truely a fun games, infamous looks interesting,but thats a ps3 game (wish it was on pc :( ), assassins creed is still my favorite sandbox game though, but if your into big moves,non stop action and a sht load of brutality you will prefer prototype the story also doesnt prove to shabby,my advice..buy it,all your friends will be talking about it at the next braai (assuming they are gamers)
 
looking forward to all the upcomming titles!!! MW 2 is by far on my top list. interested to see what AC 2 will bring... hows the graphics on prototype though? anything spectacular? and will my 9800gtx run it decently at high quality?

Firstly, I know you are trying to postwhore your way to 100 posts for the Bitfarm thing but when your posts follow each other only the first post counts towards your overall postcount. Secondly its rather irritating having to read 4 consecutive one-liner posts. If you suddenly have a inspiration to add something to your original post then you can click the EDIT button on your original post and add it in there instead :)
 
ok im new to this and i found an interesting thread about games i know. i honestly didnt want to whore or watever its called. i do want to get into bit farm but not in the way that you described. i dont know half the controls on this thing and im still learning. sorry i "whored" and im not gonna do it again. still geting a feel for this. anyway....sorry

Relax man, its not all serious:p "Postwhoring" just refers to people who post a lot(Go to the off topic section and look for the thread--> "I am The thread killer", thats where all the postwhores live:D). And if you want to edit one of your own posts, look at the bottom right of your post and you will see an EDIT button, thats where you can add or change whatever you wrote earlier. Simple:cool:

I have a Q8200, 4 elcheapo gigs of ram and a 9600gt all running at stock. Settings all maxed out @ 1680 x 1050 I get on average about 40 fps.

edit: Running Win 7 RC 64 bit

Have two 8800gtx's in SLI, and as you guessed its a total overkill for this game, this games graphics are barely acceptable, but the creative director explained in one interview I read that this is due to interoperability, in other words they want you to be able to play this on pretty much any DX9 machine to some degree or another.
 
are the graphics bearable? i got q9400 2.66ghz 9600gt 3gb ram 800mhz. can i run it high?
