The solution?
We the taxpayer are paying 1500 salaries to these private land owners to trim the tea plantation. They ate generating 0% income and the SA tax payer is footing the bill.
In the words of Daniel who told us this in disgust, Why are we as a country paying these people on private land? The ANC should pay it not the taxpayer.
But alas there is no separation between state and party no matter how hard the zuumbies try to deny it.
