Provider Change 4Mb Line --- Help

Hi Guys,

I want to change my provider end of the month and am looking for the best offer.
I am lost a bit here due to the development of the different ISP.

Bottom line who would you recommend for a a solution?

I will be downloading and browsing mainly.

If you are not into Torrents, my personal opinion is that Internet Solution's 4Meg uncapped with static ip's is probably the best around in that cost bracket.

R3000?! Thats a huge budget for uncapped Why not go for MWEB's Internet Addict account, R2359 including ADSL line. Its Uncapped and unshaped... I've heard IS uncapped Express(+) has taken a big knock since the cheaper uncapped accounts were launched. I am on the Shaped MWEB package and while the speeds are not ideal during the day, and even at night sometimes, I've pulled more data than I can handle. Have a look at the MWEB accounts, at the moment I'm confident they provide the most reliable and usable services... People are likely to disagree though.

Except that the data-only packages are sold out, so you HAVE to transfer your line to them.
