Provider for PPPOE Accounts

Looking for an ISP that is happy to provide just PPPOE accounts. I need someone where I can delete and create PPPOE on an online portal. I use these account for testing if the issue is a providers ISP or to provide failover during cutover periods when a client is on open server, or just to test that a fibre install is finished. I use to use afrihost for this but they no longer sell data only accounts. So who can recommend an ISP who does, and ordering and deleting is done via an online portal.

Why would area be relevant when its a PPPOE account? Remember - never wanting a line.

with Openserve as the FNO (whether on their fibre or copper networks), the PPPOE connections authenticate to different authentication servers in JHB, DBN and CPT which then forwards those connections to the ISP servers. Normally ISPs who serve nationally are required to have a connection in each area. We only have a presence Western Cape since we only offer services in Western Cape (for now). For this reason, the PPPOE account will only work in the Western Cape
