Yes, Flatcast is an option.

A lot of SA radio stations use www.antfarm.co.za such as Highveld, 702, KFM and 5FM.

Antfarm are great

Give them a call - local expertise, loads of experience streaming for corporates, radio stations, record labels etc.
Also know their DRM backwards. I've worked with them before and had a great experience. They have streaming partners off-shore if you need that.
