Providing internet and email

Is there a way to provide internet and email services to my clients by using someone else’s server/services? I buy from distributors and sell to customers. Is there something like that for Internet? Email I know you can get hosting options cheap overseas but I don’t know all the ins and outs.
Can someone please point me in the right direction?

We use rebranded gmail, for which we have extra admin panel. This is part of the google business service.

- Yes you do pay but its really small compared to a local provider.
- Yes you can have your own domain pointed to their servers.

Does the job well. Without the hassle of maintaining your own box.
