Seriously tho, Openweb and Nukcap hav proxies... but i think they're only available as add-ons to your existing account with them

I remember seeing a few free south african http proxies somewhere.
Search google & you might find them. I remember an anonymous mweb one

Local proxies wouldn't make a difference on an SAIX account where you get hardcapped. The only benefit you may see is that it may help to unshape your account. On IS your account is already unshaped, and the addition of a proxy will help you gain access to international after you've been capped internationally
