Hi All,
So out of the blue last night my phone's proximity sensor decided to no longer function properly... basically everytime i make a call with the phone upright the screen turns off and I cant turn it back on. I would have to either put in flat on a desk or dock it, press the power button and then it will come on again.
I've flashed the phone with Android V5 thinking it was a software issue and that would fix it but it doesn't... still doing it.
Googling says to calibrate the proximity sensor by going to the service menu but that option is not there so I can't use that method either.
Is the a way to outright disable it or any advice?
Thanks in advance
