Proxy help please

I'm not sure why but ever since Telkom had a network problem a few days ago when most in CT could not connect I can't find a working proxy.

There are a couple of private forums I belong to but can't logon without using a proxy.

If anyone in the CT area has found a working proxy since the Telkom problem please post it here so that I can try it.

Below are the proxies I used before that problem, but now none are working for me anymore:

198.54.202.3
port:8080

cache.saix.co.za
port: 3128

Working on certain sites only

198.54.202.3 seems to have started working again but it's very sluggish, it seems (at least from my side) that telkom are still having problems.
