Hey :)

The past couple of topics I have started was about very complicated and "hard-to-do" stuff, so hopefully this is easier.

There is certain proxy servers that you don't have to visit the actual proxy website and type in a website address in a little box, you can directly use a string in front of the address you want to go to. Here is an example of a normal proxy site:

http://www.youhide.com (here you can see that you have to enter a address into a little box)

Here is an example of the type I am looking for:

http://gowingo.com/cgi-bin/nph-get.cgi/000001a/http/www.google.co.za

See, here I didn't have to go to www.gowingo.com, I just used this string.

Now I am looking for more of these types of proxies, does anyone know of where to find good ones? Or maybe how to convert a normal proxy server like youhide into one like this?

EDIT: IGNORE MOST OF THE THINGS IN THIS POST AND GO TO POST #8. THANX

google is your friend

Oh yes, I forgot to mention that part. I have tried tens if not hundreds of search queries and there was literally only one site with the proxies I want, and very few of them.

Yes there is millions of those normal "enter the address here" proxy servers where you have to go to the website that can be found via google, but almost none of the ones I want (like I said, only one website, and those ones are very slow)

That's exactly why I came here :)

Why do you want proxies like that? All those web proxy servers are modifying the content on the pages.

If you using something like Your Freedom, you can either use it as a HTTP or Socks4/5 proxy OR use it with OpenVPN. Unfortunately the free accounts only allow you 64kbps and 1 hour at a time. Once the hour is past, you have to enter a security key (plain image recognition).

Otherwise, here's a list of Free HTTP & Socks proxy servers: http://www.freeproxy.ru/download/lists/goodproxy.txt

@Pada

Thanx for the reply. I know about Your-freedom, but it unfortunately doesn't suit my needs.

The thing is that the proxy has to be like I described, I have my reasons.

Thanx a lot for the reply though.

@davemc

Thanx I'll have a look.

@all

A way to manipulate a normal proxy server to work as a string in front of the address would be great, that's what I'm actually looking for.

I really wish I could tell you, but I enjoy being a member of MyBB forums and I would certainly be banned if I did tell you. That is all I can tell you.

@All

Let me totally rephrase my original question:

I want a proxy server on which I can put an address before the proxy address. Like for example when using this CGI proxy: anongoogle.com/cgi-bin/nph-get.cgi/000000A/http/ I am able to put in any address before that proxy, like this:
http://mybroadband.co.za.anongoogle.com/cgi-bin/nph-get.cgi/000000A/http/www.google.com.

Now it looks like I am browsing Mybroadband, while I am actually one Google, click the link and see for yourself :). But the problem is that CGI proxy is VERY VERY VERY slow. So I need to use PHP proxy, but the problem with PHP proxy is that I can't add an address before the proxy address, click the link and see what happens:

http://mybroadband.co.za.fbuster.com/browse.php?u=http://www.google.com

But without the the mybroadband part it works: http://fbuster.com/browse.php?u=http://www.google.com

Now I hope you see my problem, can anyone help me?

You obviously want to do something illegal yet you want answers on a public forum?

Get real dude.

If I was trying something illegal, I would get your point. But it is not illegal, just prohibited to discuss here on MyBB.

But don't worry, I'll ask elsewhere. :rolleyes:
