My guess is you'll find the the cheapest price on one of these babies in some abandoned warehouse close to the harbour.

Not sure but I got my base console from cna.co.za on launch. Was pretty chuffed at the service. I just buy all my games in the US psn store and game share it to my ZA psn id. Works out way cheaper.
