PS2 Lens Help!

Hi everyone!
I have an old fat silver PS2 which I would like to get repaired (the lens is cracked).
The model number is SCPH-50004, could any of you assist me in telling me which lens would fit my PS2 and where I could buy one from online? Overseas and local sites but local if there are(A viable source please).
