i see alot of people claiming to have a working CFW crack for firmware 3.66 ... is this true ?

anyone tried it and can confirm its working as well as the 3.55 cfw ?
 
Unless u see it with your own eyes I would not believe it. A lot of guys get their jollies by getting people to flash OFW over their CFW for some odd reason.
 
You get a package that changes the firmware version so that you cant update by accident that might be what they are using.

Other than that its still 3.55 only as far as I know.

but at that price i might as well just buy a second hand ps3 with the old firmware
 
and like everything else u can get there for halfprice too, but its the point of that if you put the effort in to import it and no one else wants to then hey you have no competition and can sell it for what ever :) life :) dont do homebrew then

looking at the cost of games and the price of homebrew ..then theres no choice and its my personal choice not what others want

The mod is to downgrade from 3.70 to 3.55 (pretty pointless) or to run a dual OFW/CFW setup with 2 HDD's. Not an elegant solution at all!

As for Xbox King, he's making a decent profit there hey :D

Because if I play FIFA 12 on my modded PS3, it will update the firmware meaning i wouldn't be able to play any of my copied games. No, I don't mind paying for games, not all my games are copies.
