PS3 disconnecting my Cell C. Please assist

I honestly can't seem to figure this one out. Okay, my setup is pretty simple: Cell C 3G shared via ICS over my PC's Ethernet port to which my PS3 is connected.

On my PC my Cell C connection stays on for hours, heck even days if required without any disconnects but as soon as I fire up my PS3 it's only a matter of 25 mins - 35 or so and I get the PSN disconnect error. Strange thing however is that at that time my Cell C connection on my PC is also physically disconnected in the process.

How/Why does the PS3 do this? As per Google suggestions I disabled media server on the PS3 (even though I don't use it) and I've also disabled the ICS option "allow other network users to control this connection". I've never had this problem with Vodacom. I've also tried DHCP and manual settings with no change.

I'm running out of ideas.

I was looking around and found this article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/263698 looks like there is an idle timeout. Must be not picking up that there is any traffic and then disconnects. Hope this helps.
Also not sure if there is a timer for the ICS connection itself.

Do you have the option (in ICS) enable to allow users to control the connection? If so, disable that option and see if it helps.

Router is the best solution my brother has the TP-Link works nicely and you can see the signal strength better

Well my signal is like 96%+ at the moment

I hope it does work for you, I have some PCs and a PS3 on a MikroTik RB411U router and the PS3 doesn't cause disconnects.
