PS3 External hard drive

Hi All
When plugging my 2TB 2.5 hard drive into my PS3 USB port, nothing happens.
When plugging my 8GB flash drive into the same USB port, all is good.
The hard drive is NTFS and the flash drive is FAT32.

Does PS3 not support NTFS external drives or is the problem a matter of the 2TB being too big or could something else be wrong here?

Yeah, PS Media Server - Downloaded it last night, works like a charm

Or just enable streaming in WMP and add the folders to the respective library, your PS3 (or any other device) can see it over the network.
