If you've got a Japanese account, you can download the Afrika dynamic theme for free. Apaarently it;s got grazing zebras, and some cool animations while scrolling, or shaking your controller.

Updated my PS3 about a hour ago. Took about 5 minutes. Will play around later tonight so see what differences there is. Maybe I won't notice such a big difference because I don't play online.

Anyone else having issues logging into PSN after the update? Normal internet works fine but it times out when I try to connect to PSN

update is freezing certain games and doing weird things.rather wait for sony to fix this firmware

I've only played GT 5 Prologue and Race Driver GRID since I did the firmware upgrade and so far no problems at all.

Will test other games over the weekend as well.
