PS3 owners won't be getting this

lol...apparently nor will PC owners ;)

Seeming they announced it in the following way

"No Gears of War 2 for PC....EVER!"
 
From what I hear, like the first Gears,

PC will not be getting it for a year or so :rolleyes:
 
Its like saying "XBox360 owners won't be getting this" when refering to Resistance2 or even LBP. Its not like anyone expects gears to come to PS3.. just saying ;)

I never really liked gears1 on PC, well, it was ok while playing with a friend. Guess I'll give Gears2 a go, might be more fun on 360 than pc :D

As far as I can see from this article, it won't be happening with Gears of War 2. :(


But then again, you never know. These game developers always port most games to PC to make some extra cash. :p

i'm a ps3 owner and i will be getting Gears of war 2
 
Yip, luckily i own both, so i'll be getting both Gears2 and RFOM2. November's gonna be sweet.
 
My 'mythical' crystal ball tells me MS will announce an expansion pack for Halo 3 to back up Gears 2 and to fend off all the Sony shooters this holiday... ;)

LBP who and resistance what? Its not like anyone has even heard or knows what those are unless you have a PS3 and desperate for any second rate title.

GOW 1 and 2 are the creme de la creme of console gaming - Suuuuuure, there are are some other titles, but they are NOT GOW.

7/11 wooooot, go buy an xbox arcade man, you will always feel left out, no matter how hard you pretend you are not.
 
who needs a system that you can play games on when a pc has more games, music, internet, movies, series, programs, emulators to RUN CONSOLES, arcade and has a keyboard and mouse? oh, and pr0n.

EDIT: oh, and you don't even need to buy any of the above mentioned, except for the mouse and keyboard.

Banjo
Endwar
RACE Pro
CoD5
Red Alert 3
Stoked
Mirrors Edge

Are all within a week of each other!
 
I use the Take2 release dates and that shows mirror edge for december for us.

October has Fable 2 on the 17th and Fallout 3 for the 31st!!! :(
November is a killer with COD5 and Gears 2 with Banjo in one month!

A PC that can do that would set you back, what 15K easy, and would still need to be upgraded every, what 6 months?

Pcs are for email and posting crap on forums, any 486DX4100 is just fine, this quad core dual this and core that, is just a lot of hype and BS when any old pc is fine for email and word, games only on console dude, mouse and keyboard is like so so last year.

COD 5 also cool, can't wait to fry JAPS with de flame thrower, ****ing dolphin killers, fry Japs FRY!

Regardless, you wont be playing GOW 2 so lameOOOOOOO
 
Frankly uber PC's are going the way of the dinosaur. Most useful advancement is in smaller lighter devices.

Considering you can get an Xbox 360 Pro and a low end Notebook for about R8k - ie about what a basic gaming rig will set you back, I think it's a no brainer.

My PC can do all that and it only cost me around R8000 year and half ago. (excluding Monitor)

Where the hell do you buy PC parts?

Pc is the ultimate gaming machine, anyone who thinks otherwise doesn't have one.

Btw I own a PS3 and Xbox360 too.

PC trumps them all.

Can't wait for GOW2 tough, just wished it came out for PC. GOW was better on the PC imo.
