PS3 Store purchase missing

I was playing Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer and I purchased a R30.00 Arsenal Pack. The pack never appeared but the R30.00 was deducted from my wallet and I received and invoice via email. Does anybody know how or where to get support on this issue? Sony's website is a maze.
 
Did you go to downloads to see if it appears on your download list?
 
I know that all of my Games/Add-ons wallpapers ect. purchases so far listed there but I have yet to see an In Game purchase be displayed there. The purchase is facilitated by the Playstation store but it is an In Game purchase. I have successfully purchased this and other similar packs before and a screen appears in the game showing you the content of the pack (the contents of the packs are randomised like a good old Magic - The Gathering Booster Pack). This time I got no confirmation screen.

Best then to deal with ME3 support. Send them a request detailing the purchase. When I bought music downloads for Singstar I had to go to to Account management>transaction history or services list to confirm that the purchase is there and if I remember correctly had to start the downloads from the download list in account management. Just check around there under account management as there was something I had to do before the purchased songs appeared in Singstar.

Had a similar incident in January with PSN, paid for pack, said it downloaded, but i cannot find it anywhere. Have given up trying to locate the problem.

Now u see that's why I come here, I didn't even think of that.... I'd probably get a lot more joy out of them than trying to get something out of Sony!

Been trying to post a support thread on the Playstation forums and I keep getting: An Unexpected Error has occurred.

Can't they just have a support email address or ticket logging system like the rest of the world?!?!?

Some Googling reveals deleting the Game Data can sort out any corrupted downloads, trying that now.
 

This is for the US site, when I browse through the ZA site the only support options you get is:

Guides, FAQ and Community Support - Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't see a support email address or tel number and as above I cannot post new threads there "Unexpected Error"

I submitted a question via the link you sent it referred me to the below link as a possible relevant solution:

This doesn't take account of In Game purchases though.

I got a confirmation mail from Sony, not sure if I'll get answers cause of this: "Please note, our department only handles emails from North American residents. If you live outside of North America, we have regional support offices to better assist you"

you mean all your saved games, patches and DLC? sounds drastic

You have to deal with PSN Europe as we fall under them. That's why we have EU accounts.
